Welcome to HyperJump Productions, a professional video production company based in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services

We provide a wide range of video production services, including but not limited to, corporate videos, TV commercials, promotional videos, and event coverage. We work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and deliver high-quality video content that meets their expectations.

Pricing and Payment

Our prices for video production services are based on the specific requirements of each project. We provide a detailed quote for each project, outlining the scope of work, the estimated cost, and the delivery timeline.

We require a 50% advance payment before starting the project and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Our standard payment method is via wire transfer. If you would like to pay via another method you can inquire with us directly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation, any advance payment made will not be refunded. If the project is cancelled after the production has begun, the client will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

The copyright of the final video production will be transferred to the client upon receipt of the final payment. However, HyperJump Productions reserves the right to use video production for promotional purposes.

Warranties

We warrant that the video production will be of a professional standard and will perform in accordance with the specifications outlined in the quote. If the video production is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, either rectify the defect or refund the client's payment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to the client for any loss or damage arising in connection with the video production or the use of our services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the video production.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
